DESCRIPTION:The community is invited to explore “Constellation”\, a themed group exhibition exploring traditional and nontraditional interpretations of the term\, at the Webber Gallery on view 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday\, May 25 – Thursday\, July 16.  \nFrom ancient star maps and zodiac imagery to abstract interpretations and contemporary reimagining’s\, Constellation examines how the concept of connection\, pattern\, and orbit can be interpreted through visual art. Working within a limited palette of blue\, white\, and gold\, participating artists explore how meaning can emerge from both celestial references and broader symbolic associations with the word “constellation.” \nThe exhibition highlights the wide range of creative approaches artists take when responding to a shared theme\, revealing how a single concept can expand into many different visual languages and perspectives. \nTopics and concepts presented at this event are for discussion purposes only and are not intended to espouse\, promote\, advance\, inculcate\, or compel individuals to believe the topics or concepts presented therein. DESCRIPTION:Middle school and high school students (incoming 6th-12th grade students) are invited to experience mini-lectures and hands-on labs at one of our Health Sciences Summer Camps. Program areas covered at this session are: Diagnostic Medical Sonography\, Surgical Services\, Anatomy and Physiology\, Respiratory Care\, Radiography ane Emergency Medical Serices (EMS). \nThere is no fee to attend. Spots are limited. Because of programming duplication\, students are only able to attend one camp session. Lunch and snacks are included.
