PURPOSE: General Business of the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ District Board of Trustees
The District Board of Trustees of the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ announces that rule adoption/amendment is taking place as follows:
SUBJECT: Policy 7.00 Admission and Readmission
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish admission and readmission criteria for authorized degree programs, including limited access programs.
LEGAL AUTHORITY: Florida Statutes, 1000.05, 1001.02, 1001.64,1002.41, 1009.21, 1007.271, 1007.263, FAC: 6A-10.041, 6A-14.060, 6A-10.004
ECONOMIC IMPACT: None
Any person who decides to appeal a decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
